Executive Leadership

Matt Head

Managing Member / Chief Executive Officer

Matt Head is the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Solutions LLC, bringing more than a decade of engineering expertise and operational leadership across disaster response, mining, and construction sectors. Prior to founding Pinnacle Solutions, Matt spent 12 years in the oil and gas industry, advancing to Senior Subsea Engineer, where he developed a disciplined approach to safety, precision, and high-performance operations in complex offshore environments.

Under his leadership, Pinnacle Solutions has delivered large-scale debris removal, aggregate operations, and disaster recovery services following major wildfires, hurricanes, and flooding events. Matt is now leading the company’s strategic expansion into data center development and the supporting infrastructure required to sustain these projects, including housing, hospitality, storage, retail, and service facilities.

His leadership focuses on scalable operations, strategic partnerships, and disciplined execution—positioning Pinnacle Solutions to deliver long-term value for investors, partners, and the communities it serves.

Shasta Head

Minority Owner

Shasta Head is a devoted wife, proud mother of two, and loving grandmother whose life has always been grounded in faith, family, and a commitment to serving others. Before beginning her professional career, Shasta dedicated many years to raising her children as a stay-at-home mother while supporting her husband, Matt, during his career in the oilfield industry. Those years instilled in her a strong sense of resilience, adaptability, and an enduring appreciation for hard work and perseverance.

In 2017, Shasta became a Registered Nurse and has since built a career centered on compassion, integrity, and excellence in patient care. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, combining strong academic training with practical clinical experience. Her background in healthcare has strengthened her leadership abilities, critical thinking skills, and commitment to precision and accountability.

Beyond her clinical experience, Shasta brings valuable operational and financial management expertise. She has extensive hands-on experience managing business financials and overseeing office staff operations, including budgeting, payroll, accounts management, and administrative coordination. Her attention to detail and ability to balance financial oversight with team leadership helps ensure efficient operations and responsible business growth.

As Minority Owner of Pinnacle Solutions, LLC, Shasta brings together healthcare expertise, financial management experience, and real-world leadership to help guide the company’s operations and long-term vision. Her journey reflects determination, strength, and a passion for building organizations grounded in trust, accountability, and lasting impact.

Russ Myers

Chief Operating Officer

Russ Myers serves as Chief Operating Officer with more than 36 years of executive leadership in civil construction management and development. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with industry-leading organizations including Kiewit, FNF Inc., Markham Contracting, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar highway infrastructure, mission-critical data centers, and large-scale residential developments across the United States.

As COO, Russ is responsible for driving operational strategy, enterprise performance, and long-term value creation. He builds scalable operating platforms that align corporate vision with disciplined execution, ensuring consistency across divisions while protecting margins and strengthening cash flow. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, structured growth, risk mitigation, and financial accountability—creating predictable performance in capital-intensive environments.

Russ partners closely with executive leadership, investors, and strategic stakeholders to position organizations for expansion, market competitiveness, and sustained profitability. Known for establishing performance-driven cultures and transparent operational systems, he ensures that every project and division contributes directly to enterprise valuation and long-term return on investment.

Kevin Bell

Vice President of Field Operations

Kevin brings over 35 years of construction leadership experience to his role as Vice President of Field Operations. A seasoned Superintendent and Project Manager, he has delivered complex, high-profile projects including Chase Field, Paris Las Vegas, Providence Place Mall, multiple Buca di Beppo and Fox & Hound locations, and Extended Stay America properties nationwide.

He has held leadership roles with Tutor Perini Corporation, Parkway Construction, W.M. Grace Construction, Target General, and Hensel Phelps. Kevin now oversees company-wide field performance, safety, scheduling, and quality control—driving disciplined execution and operational excellence across every project.

kent lupton

Vice President of Development

Kent Lupton serves as Vice President of Development, bringing more than 23 years of executive construction and development leadership to the organization. With a background as a licensed general contractor, Kent has successfully led projects from concept through completion across commercial, retail, and franchise platforms.

Throughout his career, Kent has partnered with nationally recognized brands including The Goddard School, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Driven Brands, and Bashas'. His experience spans site selection, entitlement, pre-construction planning, budgeting, contractor oversight, and full-cycle project execution.

Kent is known for his ability to align development strategy with operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and built to scale. His leadership combines field expertise with executive-level decision-making, making him a trusted partner for growth-focused organizations expanding in competitive markets.
